School Schedule

Enrollments begin in February!
Our Open House is on February 8th 6:30pm to 8:00pm
School will open the Monday, September 10th and will continue until Memorial Day weekend.

Our program schedule is Monday, Wednesday and Friday, with classes beginning at 9:30 am and dismissal at 12 noon.
We request that children not arrive before 9:15 am to allow our teachers time to prepare for classes and be present to supervise your children. |
Our school schedule corresponds with the West Seneca Central School district. In the event of inclement weather, please listen to WBEN, WIVB-TV, and WGRZ-TV for school closings. A school calendar will be provided at the coffee hour in the fall as well as available online here. |

Arrival and Dismissal

Arrival should be between 9:15 am and 9:30 am. For your child’s safety, no one will be dismissed until a parent or driver who is on the list given to the teacher at the beginning of the year by the parent, picks him or her up at the door of their classroom. If someone new is picking up your child, please notify the teacher. Otherwise, for safety reasons, the teacher will not allow the child to leave the classroom. |
Conferences
|
| Conferences will be held twice a year; one in late January and one in May. We feel the mid-term conference is essential, but the May conference is optional. A report will be given in both instances. If you feel there is a need at any time to consult with a teacher, please contact them to arrange a meeting time. We find it is easier to discuss your child without him or her being present, so we encourage our parents to schedule an appointment time directly with our teachers. |
